Frita Shop is our love letter to the Cuban street burger — bold, messy, unforgettable — and to the communities that make food mean something. Born from a Miami upbringing and rooted now in North Carolina, we serve fritas the way they’re meant to be: sizzling beef patties seasoned with garlic and spice, topped with crispy papitas, onions, and sauces that hit sweet, salty, and smoky all at once.
